Lynchmere Parish Council meetings usually take place on the first Tuesday  of every month,  except August.

Meetings are usually held  at 8pm in  Camelsdale School, School Road, Camelsdale, Haslemere GU27 3RN

Other meetings may take place at other times.  Meetings are advertised on the Parish notice boards and on this web site.

All Parish Council meetings are public meetings and everyone is welcome to attend. Lynchmere parishioners also have an opportunity to speak to The Council on any matter relating to the parish.  This opportunity is usually given at the beginning of each meeting and each speaker is allowed up to 3 minutes.  If you raise or comment on a topic which is on the agenda for that meeting, Councillors will be able to take account of your views when that subject is discussed although you will not be able to have any further input yourself.  If you speak on a matter which is not on the current meeting agenda, your topic will not be discussed at that council meeting, but the Council may consider including it at a future meeting.

You can also raise matters of concern at any time with one of your Councillors.  In this way, they can act as your voice on the council and ensure that your views are made known.
Meeting times & dates are very occasionally subject to change at short notice due to adverse weather conditions or unforseen circumstances;  these are advertised on this site.

Members of the public and press  have a right and are welcome to attend.

District & County Councillors regularly attend meetings.

The next Parish Council meeting will be  the Annual Parish Council Meeting on   Tuesday 5th June  2018 in Camelsdale School at  8pm
